Silly hat, Grandad's birthday, & Sleepover Fun!

I just downloaded pictures off of my camera, and I had a lot on there. The first few are of Aiden after school one day. I had put his coat, hat, and gloves in his backpack a few days before when it was cold, and I guess his teacher thought I wanted him to wear them all everyday because when I picked him up he had on all the gear. When we got home, he shed almost everything, but wanted to keep the hat while he rode his tricycle!

The next batch is from my dad's birthday last Sunday. Aiden went to my grandmother's house in Hico, TX with Granddad & Grandmommy for the weekend. He had a really great time playing outside with Uncle John David and Aunt Steph, seeing cows, and going to the farm. On their way back home, they all stopped in College Station, joined by Jesse, and we went to lunch, had cake and presents, and chuckled through Will Ferrell's You're Welcome America: A Final Night with George W. Bush. It was a nice way to end Spring Break and celebrate Dad's 54th birthday!

Finally, last night Mike and Elizabeth went out to celebrate their anniversary and we kept Zachary for the night. We took the boys to The Bounce, a big indoor facility with various moonwalks set up for kids to play on. The boys had a great time...what a couple of daredevils! After they were bounced out, we went to CiCi's for pizza and then home for baths, a Dumbo viewing, playing, and drawing. Our plan to tire them out for bedtime was successful!! We were able to do some crafts and play this morning before Zachary was picked up.

Aiden & Zachary Bouncing, Sliding, & Falling!

Aiden & Zack playing with ALL the toys in Aiden's closet! Don't worry, Aiden says Purrcy will clean it up!

Today we left Aiden with Mike and Elizabeth for a couple of hours to go to Ross and Tonya's wedding shower. It was a nice shower, and we enjoyed visiting with the happy couple. All in all it was a fun but busy weekend. I'm actually feeling a bit sick today, and I think it may have been too much after a long week at work. Looks like next weekend will need to be slower for me!

Those are the cutest boys!!! They are also very smart; for Aiden to figure out that the mat would not lay down on all of those toys was amazing. Thanks for sharing with us. Glenda

No, it's "Bounce."

I think I accidently deleted my own comment. Can you tell I have no idea what I'm doing?! All I can say is these two cuties spell much trouble for their parents in the future...I can't wait to hear stories of what all they get into. :)
